DIY Young Living Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

I am so excited that FALL IS HERE!! It's finally starting to cool down and feel like fall in sunny Florida. So get ready for a ton of fall related recipes and DIYS! This pumpkin spice smoothie bowl is so amazing! It taste like fall just exploded in your mouth! I had it for breakfast this morning, but you can totally eat it wheneva! I think I might make this as a dessert for Thanksgiving. What you will need:

  • 1 scoop of Young Living's Pure Protein Complete- Vanilla Spice

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or whatever milk you prefer)

  • 4 pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 1 drop of Young Living's Cinnamon Bark essential oil

Toppings:

  • 1/2 sliced banana

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 TBSP pumpkin seeds

  • 1 TBSP pomegranate

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except your cinnamon bark oil into your blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into your fav bowl and mix in a drop of cinnamon bark oil. If you are not a huge fan of cinnamon bark, take a toothpick and stick it into the hole that is on top of your cinnamon bark lid and then stir the toothpick into your mixture.
